The house was tidy, cozy, clean and very well stocked; there were plenty of utensils, plates, bowls and even containers for leftovers. The fridge was great, the dish washer worked very well, the living room was cozy and pleasant and cooking was great. 21 Lennox St is conveniently close to the beach and a nice wildlife conservation center, all within walking distance. Very nice.
The only reason for the '9' rating rather than a full '10' is that the car park is a 10-min walk away from the house. And because I'm kind of scatterbrained and leave everything in the car when I return, and forget everything when I leave the house, this was kind of annoying. But for people with a good set of brains this shouldn't be a problem ;)

The house was clean and well equipped. It's a short 5 minutes walk to the town centre and the sea. The wifi was good and we were able to cook easily. There was a nice electric fireplace in the living room which was very pleasant.
When we checked in the house was very cold and it took a long time for the house to heat up. The stairs are very narrow so may not be ideal for some people. The hosts provided a parking permit for a car park 10 minutes away from the house. The parking close to the house is maximum 1 hour stay and fills up fast.

Accommodation and provisions excellent area dosent look good on arrival but had no problems and very quiet 10 mins walk from promenade and 10 mins walk from radpole family and dog friendly park would definitely recommend and looking t rebook
