Apartment was Excellent everything you need a home from home clean comfortable Beds towels kitchen Great nice long units with everything you need or want nice Garden Area clean well presented.
The living room sofas are needing replacing so soft you fell into them and couldn't get out . Everything else perfect.

Cosy and clean - slept better than at home
Quibbles:
Wash basin in bathroom taking ages to drain away
Step down from landing to top of stairs not good for elderly especially when going to the bathroom at night
Freezer had not been defrosted for quite some time - thick with ice
Despite reading the manual, couldn’t work the oven

Lovely well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely outdoor space.
The area was very run down which did not feel safe walking at night.
Very loud rap music played by neighbours which spoilt the peace when sitting outside. Strong smell of drugs wafting around too.
