This modern ground-floor apartment is in the town of Weymouth in Dorset and can sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
Ocean Wave is a modern ground-floor apartment situated in the town of Weymouth in Dorset boasting one of the finest uninterrupted direct sea views. The apartment can sleep 4 people in 1 twin single and 1 king-size double bedrooms as well has a family bathroom. The rest of the apartment is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining/sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a patio with garden furniture. Ocean Wave is lovely holiday home for couples who wish to holiday close to Weymouth beach. Note: Down a flight of steps from parking area to courtyard. Note: Three flights of steps some double sized down garden to rear gate from patio. Note; Fireplace in sitting room not in use, just a feature. Please note: Vale Fire will be attending the property on Monday 9th February 2026 to carry out the annual Fire Extinguisher service.

The beach is often less busy than the main sandy Weymouth beach and so often popular with those who want a slightly quieter beach day. There are a choice of beach side café’s to choose from as well as a pitch and putt and tennis. There are many Georgian houses which front along the esplanade with extensive sea views and walking the esplanade day dreaming about the beautiful houses is a common past time. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find winding lanes with local independent shops for browsing as well as high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people want to be close to the centre without being in it.
