Large rooms, easy walking distance to town, well stocked kitchen, good facilities.
Managed to park on street near house.
Bed not comfortable and very untidy outside.

Once behind the front door, everything was excellent. Great long garden, good size bedrooms and great bathroom, excellent kitchen diner, snug living room, but 2 big sofas, so fine. The walk into the harbour and town was easy, and handy for supermarket and a couple of local pubs. Also a nice flat walk to Castle Cove.
Parking was hit and miss on the street. We always found somewhere but was a few streets away sometimes. The road is quite busy, but not noisy, and the front of the row of properties is not very attractive.

Beautiful home very spacious for a family of 5 and being next to asda and about 10 min walk into town getting to see the harbour everytime is just a delight . Everything seems to work well. Host great communication
Windows do have child locks
Only minor issues such as water pressure is a bit low but does work.
Top bedroom does occasionally have a weird electricity high pitch noise which i think is either the tv or the booster plug for either the WiFi or the digital tv channels.
Would be great if the front door had a chain or something high up to stop the little ones escaping if you happen to be in the bath etc.
