Very convenient for my needs, 20 minutes by train to Liverpool, 15 minutes walk to the beach. Plethora of options for food.

Was hoping for a couple of days respite from the aggravating dogs that surround my home, alas, from arrival on Friday to an 'alarm call' at 5am, it wasn't to be.

Lovely studio apartment with separate bathroom and kitchenette. Ideal for a short break. Clean and free parking available. Owners very helpful with clear communication. Ideal to access Liverpool , Formby Crosby area Hosts leave milk fruit kitkats washing up liquid hand wash and plenty of Tbags and sugar Comfy beds WiFi available

Kitchenette only suitable really for reheating food

Very comfy bed, excellent shower. The fresh fruit bowl and welcome refreshments were a lovely touch.

No hob to cook on, only a microwave. The hanging facility for clothes is limited if staying for longer than 2 nights.

Very clean and beds were comfortable , nice gesture with fruit and chocolate,

The Key wasn’t in the Keysafe when we arrived , it was a good job we had a car to sit in for 40 minutes while this was rectified as it was pouring down with rain , we booked this on the morning of our afternoon arrival , the booking was accepted by the owner so no excuse, especially when they live in the adjoining property . Wasn’t a 1 bed apartment , was a studio, step down into the bathroom was dangerous , especially during the night when using the toilet, there was a door in the bedroom that connected to the owners accommodation, it only locked from the owners side with a key , therefore anyone could have looked through the keyhole into our room , we didn’t feel secure and didn’t feel we had privacy,
