A warm welcome from the hosts on our arrival. The room has twin beds which suited my daughter and I. Although it is situated in the city suburbs it was lovely and quiet overnight and the beds were comfy for a good night's sleep. Good location. We had the run of the ground floor of the house and could have had a late cuppa if we'd wanted to. Plenty of bottled water available too. Light breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit and croissants available to start the day.
Maybe not for romantic breaks due to twin beds!

Our first night stay in the UK .
Our hosts were exceptional with every detail from the pristine clean private bathroom , to the super comfortable bedroom and cosy lounge we felt welcome and at home. The daily breakfast offered a great variety of food options to start the day. …. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay .

Spotlessly clean, with all the facilities you need. Beds were extremely comfortable.. Enjoyed the breakfast which set us up for the day.
Hosts were lovely genuine people. Helped us with local info, providing maps and recommendations.
Lovely peaceful getaway with a beautiful garden.
Great location 30 mins on bus to City Centre, close to Train Station too. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs within 5 min walk. Close to the beach and the well known Iron Men.
Couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend for a very reasonably priced, peaceful stay :)
