What a beautiful, gem of a place. Farm buildings that have been converted into self contained apartments. Yes we could have stayed in a soulless Premier inn with noisy guests coming in from the pub at 2am, but we wanted something with character, close to town and a home from home.
Ormskirk and Southport are nearby.
Its a paradise for cyclists, hikers and there's even a canal close by for kayakers and Suppers.
We will definitely back to stay here!

So wonderfully quiet! Beautiful historic farm barns conversion. Owners provided good communication and were on hand if we needed anything. The double bed was absolutely superb, comfortable and very large. I couldn't work out the configuration upstairs from the photos, but there are 2 bedrooms and one family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Would happily stay there again. We were 2 adults with our 2 grown up daughters .
We also had 2 other members of our family join us for lunch at the outdoor table and chairs.
Free parking in the pretty courtyard.
