Riga Alfreda Apartaments

Personally, all I needed was a budget friendly apartment to shower and sleep overnight - and I got it all! Elizabeth was really nice and quick to respond if there were any questions, letting me check in a little bit earlier when the apartment was ready. *The neighborhood seemed safe enough *The rooms were clean and tidy, with all necessary amenities for a short stay such as blow-dryer, body gel, shampoo (no conditioner :c), etc *Location! it's very easy to get around the whole city as everything's within walking distance and the bus/trolley/train stations are also not that far away. All in all, I would totally recommend it for solo/couple travelers that only need a place to stay in for a short while. The lack of comments had me worried a bit, but I had a great experience in the end :)

*The place itself is found in the 4th floor - just an FYI if that's an issue for anyone. *There was no WIFI during the stay, which is an issue that might get resolved in the future, better ask the owner beforehand. *The bed was a spring bed (a more comfortable one to be honest), but I was so tired after the whole day, that it didn't bother me. *The place doesn't really have any kind of a "view" through the windows, but that might not be important for people.

War eine Fewo, also kein Frühstück und keine Reinigung. Trotz meines schlechten englisch war die Zimmerübergabe gut. Kurzer Anruf und sofort kam eine nette junge Frau mit den Schlüsseln. Lage war toll, bis zur Altstadt zu Fuß 10 min. Küche war gut eingerichtet. Und sauber. Auch Dusche und WC waren ok.

WLAN war leider nicht vorhanden und auch kein TV, aber das stand ja auch in der Beschreibung. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre toll gewesen. Für Gehbehinderte nicht zu empfehlen, kein Aufzug ich war in der 4. Etage. Leider kein schöner Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Aber sonst hat es mir gefallen.
