The check in instructions could be slightly clearer, took a while to figure the keys and parking situation

Bed was very comfortable. Shower wall was uniquely part of the old building rock foundation, very roomy shower. Sauna barrel was a nice touch but too small for a 6'3" person.
Two sets of cutlery, plates, glasses, small fridge and microwave, but no cooktop or cooking utensils. Fine for reheating something though or cooking in a brought bowl (ramen, easy Mac). Soap and scrub sponge were provided. No one is clearing the TV after every use. Make sure you do this yourself.

Really central location, perfect for a short stay. Equipped with essentials, bed was comfy. It’s nice and warm. Overall great value for the money. Host was also super quick to assist.
Strong cat litter smell, which makes it harder to enjoy the room.

Location was almost perfect. Sauna was a very good touch. The interior and idea (even video games) is great. The size and overall rooms in the facility. The communication, instructions were clear and good, WIFI was working.
It was dirty (the shelf's, table, TV / and even bed sheets etc) - full of dust. No slippers (with a floor like this, slippers are mandatory and actually easy buy from the store - it should be a normal thing for an accommodation place). We ended up buying slippers and sheets to make the stay pleasant for us.
