The Beach Penthouse

We had an absolutely exceptional stay! The apartment was spacious, beautifully equipped, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The views of the sea and mountains were simply amazing. The location was perfect — very close to Perast, with a lovely beach just outside, offering both private and public areas. Parking was also very convenient, which made everything even easier. And a huge thank you to our wonderful host, who was incredibly accommodating and genuinely went above and beyond all expectations to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated the kindness and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it! The views are spectacular, it’s spacious, homely, modern and comfortable! Darko was an incredible host, helping to carry our bags up the stairs (there are a lot of stairs, but worth it for the view and apartment!), he even took us to a supermarket on the first day as we didn’t have a car and arranged lifts to Perast for us! The location is fab (having a car would be easier), there’s a gorgeous beach club across the road from the apartment where 2 loungers and a brolly were €40 and a restaurant and bar! The floating wine bar, Kraken was a 12 min walk and stunning! Perast is a dreamy town, less than 5 mins drive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️

Clean, comfortable with stunning views

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped with exceptional view.

The apartment is not on the beach but on the other side of the road. The owner does not have any agreement with the long chairs rentals which are 40€ per piece, and on high tide there is almost no room left on the beach… Check in and check out have been poorly organized despite several messages. Lots of stairs to climb to the apartment with luggage.
