    We booked online. We were looking for a cheap hotel that could accommodate a party of three in the same room. We did not expect a place so modest for the amount of money we paid. In addition, the air conditioning was not working in the whole hotel - the reception staff said it was mentioned on the webpage but we have not seen such a mention nor have we been informed at the moment of the booking. Terrible stay, unfortunately

    The property has an excellent location with an easy transport option and great walkability, complimented by consistently clean rooms. However, the overall experience was let down by some unfriendly staff and, most importantly, the air conditioning. We specifically booked a room with air conditioning, but the room was extremely hot and the AC did not cool the room properly. It was so uncomfortable that we struggled to sleep peacefully at night. It was disappointing, especially since air conditioning was one of the reasons we chose this property. With better customer service and properly functioning air conditioning, the overall experience could have been much better.
