Disappointment

I enjoyed the bed, was very comfortable. The cleaning was of the bedroom was very good Nothing else to add as my experience was disappointing.

The size of the room didn't complied with the perspective that we get on the picture. I went to the reception to the reception to have give my feedback to the receptionist that has advised that it wasn't the hotel's fault that the location wasn't good and that I had a wrong perspective of the room in the picture. The lift was very noise, specially when was climbing from the reception floor to the 1st floor.

Great spot for exploring Paris

Well equipped room, the hair drier was handy. Nice quiet location but also lots of places to eat nearby and good excellent transport links.

Lighting in room 32 was too dim to read by comfortably in bed. The room was quite warm and although there was air con, we couldn't figure out how to use it. Also, we didn't manage to get the overhead shower head to work so had to use hand held one.

Good hotel

It was a very comfortable and cute hotel. The receptionist was very kind and spoke well in English. The room was small, but friendly with very simple furniture and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was very good, we can reach the main attractions of the city easily within 30-35 minutes and the airport was 1 hour far from the hotel. The breakfast was very simple, with 2 types of bread, ham, cheese, baguette, fruits and coffee. I recommend this hotel, we enjoyed the 3 nights stay with my mother here.

In the room we don't have a fridge. In the summer it would be useful. The breakfast was the same all day, we missed the scrambled egg, sausage or green salads.

Very disappointing, I would never recommend it to anyone

Before booking I specifically called to ask if they have AC and they confirmed that they did. Upon arrival, my room ddnt have AC, I went to reception and he said they fixed it and it should work fine, i left came back at night and the AC wasnt working, I sweated all night and the next day spoke to the manager and she was very disrespectful and said she cant do anything about it… horrible experience

Much noise

In our room we were not able to sleep with open windows because of the ventilators machines of the conditioners. In our room they were situated next to the windows, it causes much noise.

Clean hotel but not worth staying at.

The room was clean and close to a train station. Staff were nice and helpful (Khaled). Had fresh orange juice at breakfast.

That the room was really small. The toilet was on the other side of the room to the sink/ shower. It was separate. Also, the toilet door/ shower door was frosted thin. We could hear the other people in shower, toilet. No hot food at breakfast very basic toast, jams and pastries not much options.

They deserve a higher rating!

The staff was really kind, understanding and really really helpful! The room was cozy and clean, you could actually smell and visibly see that there had been cleaned, which is rare in my opinion! The location is 5 min walking distance from the metro station which takes you into the centre within 15 minutes! The rates are cheap too so for us it was a perfect stay, definitely recommend it!

A week in Paris

Location with close access to the metro, and a 5 min walk from Rue Lèvis with a lovely market atmosphere.

Nice staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Everything was fine with the shower and toilet. The area was good. In my opinion, the best I could find for this price.

the breakfast is very bad. no good fruit. I brought my own fruit and only had some fresh baguette, that was the only good thing available. and thank for 2 pieces of Baguette I had to pay 24 euro.

Should be 2 star not 3. Not disgusting but not 3 star standard

People who worked on reception were good however the cleaning staff failed to clean the room when we had a please clean room sign on the door handle and we’re then informed that despite having this sign that we are meant to inform the reception staff when we want our room cleaned even though we had these signs for the door.

very small, a couple hairs on the bed when we first arrived at the hotel. Housekeeping/cleaners were basically non existent despite the fact that they made a major racket in when they were cleaning the room I.e leaving doors open while cleaning the rooms and then when the phone rings for the room they are cleaning they refuse to answer. very thin walls. However I must say it wasn’t a disgusting hotel so that’s a plus. Should be a 2 star not a 3 but no lower as location from everything was good.

Our stay was terrible

The hotel staff was very unfriendly. Our room sheets were very dirty and when we asked for new ones, they were all dirty. When we tried to talk to the staff about what to do, no one was willing to help. Still waiting on what compensation they come up with. Our stay at the hotel was just terrible.
