The stay was average but nothing exceptional.

- The staff were good . - The location was ideal for my meetings. - The WIFI connection was strong and consistent.

- The value for money expectation was not met. - Breakfast was not offered and the coffee machine was out of service. - No amenities provided such as Kettle, Drinking water or Toiletries.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were warm and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. A very positive experience, I’d gladly return.

Disapointing and very unconfortable. We would’ve cancelled bur for the 95€ cancellation fee.

Definintely low value for the money. I can understand free market economy, but for 100+€ the amenities and the size of everything were like renting a room for 2 in the smurf village and getting a broom closet prepared for 1. Like 1 towel, one pillow, bath suplies for one and so on. Please, at least invest some of the money for better amenities to counter the size of the rooms. Ah, and if you give me the option to pay at the property, why substract money in advance???

Dubious price @ reception

Convenient location

Receptionist tried to charge EUR 150 instead of 145 as agreed with booking.com. Pretended that booking.com had not updated its prices

Not happy with the budget

Hakim was the receptionist when I arrived, I can't thank him enough, he's very kind and helpful, my room was a very big, comfy double bed and big bathroom.

The property is very old, and the room doesn't have a refrigerator, kettle or cups, the towel they put is not enough and the chairs, the floor is like you don't want to be there, I just use the room for sleep, the pillows were not standard and I have still neck pain, my room was next to the elevator and I couldn't sleep for the noise of elevator and I could completely hear the next room conversations and mobile ring!!!

Good location, service could be improved

Good location, close to Champs-Elysee, also very close to the Monceau area (including park Monceau, one of the nicest parks in Paris), a beautiful and safe area of Paris. A short walk to Place de Clichy, a nice and lively area. Room was generally nice and comfortable. The bed was sufficiently large, clean and comfortable.

Security deposit is written as 50 EUR on booking website, yet they took 130 EUR security deposit, without warning, the day before arriving. 6 days after check-out, this payment has still not been returned. Air conditioning in the room does not work. No water provided in the room - had to ask at the lobby for access to the downstairs canteen water. The bathroom was not close to the image used in the booking. My bathroom resembled a hole in the wall. The shower is the smallest shower I have ever used (not joking) - the configuration of the shower sliding door made it extremely difficult to get in and out. The check-in process was slow, I had to wait 30mins+ for the card machine to take my payment. Overall, this hotel is in a good location and has potential to be better. I would advise treating your patrons with more respect, being honest about your facilities, and perhaps start making small improvements to your hotel and service (a free water bottle would be nice in the room, fix the clock in the lobby).

Good service and excellent location for me

Room too small for a double bed and a single (I had booked a twin room, not a family room) so no space for a night table. No plug in the washbasin, you could lose earrings down the gaping hole. Generally small and cramped, decor tired. Expensive for what it was.
