Cozy, boutique hotel in a great location without being in the thick of touristy Paris
1.0 / 10.0
At first arrival the room is extremely dirty!! The bedsheets are filled with hairs and dust, the towels had some disgusting spots on them and in general the room didn’t smell very good. We were also unfortunate that the heating didn’t work, adding to our terrible experience of this hotel. When we addressed these issues with the hotel staff they reacted very negatively to our complaints. They were well aware of the poor conditions but he still started arguing with us in an inappropriate and rude manner. I was extremely shocked at this behaviour from their staff, and saddened to start off what was supposed to be a romantic trip to Paris with such bad experiences.

The hotel is fine and was conveniently located to my stay in Paris

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The location is ideal, down a quiet rue in the 17eme and nearby the main sights and metro with good choice of nearby restaurants. We even went on foot to The Arc de Trioomphe and Eiffel Tower! We found our room to be just as the photos had depicted. It was cozy, romantic and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bath worked well, as did the AC without making any noise. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the young lady at reception who checked us in. Breakfast was appetizing including croissants, pain au chocolats, pain perdu, homemade cake, scrambled eggs, potatoes, fruit juices etc. Kusmi tea as well as coffee were also conveniently available all day for guests. Overall, it was quite a relaxing, pleasant stay that lived up to our expectations.
Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn't the best, we found ourselves using our own data for much of the stay. Personally the TV on at breakfast was a little annoying, some music for ambiance would be more preferable.

Great hotel in a nice neighbourhood (lots of shops, restaurants and good transport links nearby). Nice room, bed was comfortable, appreciated having air conditioning! My room was on the courtyard side and was quiet. Handy to have a safe and coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was fairly good - nice to have scrambled eggs and potatoes offered, though glad I was eating early as by late morning they'd been sat there quite a while. Helpful reception staff and space to leave luggage in a secure room.
The shower leaked as there was a seal missing from the bottom of the door. It was also tiny so would've been a struggle for a bigger person to fit. There wasn't much wardrobe space and the room itself was very small. I was only one person so managed but I think it would be quite cramped to fit two people plus luggage in the room. There was no kettle, only a coffee machine, but you could get hot water at breakfast.

I loved the area!
I did not like that the shower was very small. I am 5’4” 130lbs & it is a very small shower. No early or late check out, but very punctual people.

Friendly staff who manage the hotel well. I especially liked the location, near the Metro and Parc Monceau and especially in a classic Parisian neighbourhood with bakeries, bistrots, and other local shops. Room is fully equipped in terms of bathroom, desk, views over the rooftops...
Rooms, hallways, elevators are a tight fit, but that's shared on the website; in summer the room we had (top floor) will likely become very warm...

We enjoyed being in this area, not too busy but enough bars and restaurants and a nice vibe. The hotel was pleasant, clean and comfortable...also very quiet. The staff were helpfuGood metro links. We ate at the indian restaurant across the road and this was superb, highly recommend a visit!l
The bathroom was OK but the shower fitting was broken and needed fixing...plus the door squeaked each time it was opened.
One of us found the room a little too dark for their taste,

I had the best night sleep in ages, the room was dark, the air-con worked well, the bed was comfortable. The room was decorated nicely and there were complimentary toiletries and water. I would stay there again if I went to Paris, it is only a 10 min walk to the nearest metro and the road is nice and quiet at night. The area is nice and there are some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Very basic accommodation. The TV didnt work and there was no shower to stand in just a hose by the bath tub. There was also no kettle or tea and coffee in the room and overall definitely not suitable for business travel.

This hotel is good 😊 My room was small, but it was very comfortable. I slept well. The shower keeps falling. This needs to be fixed. Breakfast is decent too. Good coffee, fresh croissants, and fresh scrambled eggs (which is not a given in France). The location is excellent.

Quiet location, clean and tidy. Bed was a very decent size and comfortable. Good sleep, fresh towels everyday.
Room was smaller than it appears online but functional and done the job.

Amazing vibe and super helpful staff and location was perfect

it was cute and small, very intimate. It was far away from most tourist sights in Paris but very close to about 3 different metros and a bus, so it wasn’t a problem at all.
The first day we noticed small ants in our room, but we told the staff and they took care of it and appologised and we didn’t see any more ants after that.

The property was quiet. Set back from the city.
the amount of space in the room was a shock. there was a complete lack of space and wasn’t what we thought it would be.

Everything was very good. Pillows weren't great, but ok. No noise, which was really nice for a hotel in the city. Staff very friendly. Seemed very new and bathroom very clean.
Pillows weren't great. Light in the ceiling was a little too bright - also didn't turn all the way off at night - kind of like a night light it seemed. But really just small details. The place was very good.

The bed was really nice
The check in. I’d say it was a busy day, we arrived at 6am and the receptionist at that time was amazing and so hospitable. However, when we came to get into the room at 2pm. The receptionist was extremely stressed and kept us waiting for over an hour even though we contacted weeks before the stay that we would arrive early and would like to get in the room as early as possible
