Location was good
That they take your card and you have to park about 5-10 minutes walking distance for a 35 euro cost.
The washroom had the shower head broken as well you can hear everything from the neighbors!
The lift was a bit small for 2 people.

The location. Not crowded. Many restaurants with reasonable prices.
The towel. Come on, surely you can provide better ones.

The staff were polite and friendly, not intrusive.
The room was cleaned every day. Cleanliness and very comfortable beds.
The room was quiet and free from the smell of cigarettes.
The shower cabin is not very convenient.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to bring our own food to the area with tables where they served breakfast to other guests. They also supplied us with silverware. This is not a common benefit in most hotels of this kind.
The room facing the inner courtyard was peaceful enough for a good night's sleep.
The room facing the street was very noisy at night.

I came for a professional training and needed a place to stay in. Royal Wagram was the perfect place for me, as it was 2,5 kilometers away from the training center and I could walk to it. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room is small and tidy. The hotel has been renovated recently.

I was
I was so disapointed as it wasn't the same room that we booked on the website, it was so small that two people couldn't fit to pass each other at the same time, there was a smell in the room, sheets hanging on the ground from the bed, two inches of dust on the bed frame, skirting, shower, hole in the shower curtain, dirty toilet, dirty shower, paint chipped off walls, doors & skirting, cobwebs all around the extractor, & staines all around the windows, the top of the bin all dust, & bin in the bathroom broken no petal, broken off & left on the floor, dust & stains all over the light switches, complete waste of €311.00 for two nights & I think I should be refunded. This was ment to be a 3 star hotel. And when I complained to the staff he just said its not a palace, & said this is Paris, TG I didn't bk breakfast as it was disgusting tiny space where there was about two small tables, so don't be fooled by the reviews because the staff must have wrote themselves, horrible experience, I have travelled all over the world & I never witnessed anything like this before, I have all the photos to proof what it looked like, my family were horrified to see where I stayed & want me to take it further which I intend to. 7

The staff was very friendly at any time of the day and willing to help out whenever possible. Nearby the hotel are some nice parks to lounge in (if you aren't too busy with your Paris plans) and enough cafés and restaurants to drink & dine at. Also, do love they make up your bed every day, clean the bathroom and refresh the towels daily. Plus, enjoyed the cups of tea I could make in my room.
Despite there being a sign on the elevator door to be quiet (my room 6001 was attached to the little corridor where the lift was), many guests were not respectful and just chatted away or laughing when it was already late after midnight. The walls are also thin enough that I could hear the guests and staff talk in the foyer, not too loud, but it made me wonder what noises they were hearing from me. Then the bathroom, it was really hard to sit normally on the toilet, in my opinion the extra metal bar to help you stand up from the seat to the left of you is sticking into your side and forcing you to sit sideways, so if they can move the toilet a bit more away from it, would be brilliant. And when you shower, pretty much the whole bathroom gets wet, which you can tell by the door at the bottom being damaged and moldy. The beds were a bit too hard for me, but that is more a personal issue I have.

This hotel is a little bit older, as are most things in Paris, and it shows in a tiny elevator and slightly smaller rooms but overall it’s a great value, pretty comfortable, clean, and the staff are great.
The beds need to be updated. The pillows were really difficult to sleep on. It was a small thing that didn’t impact our overall enjoyment of our stay.
