I love this place. The Host is polite and reachable. I called him and he welcomed me to the hot drinks and comfortable clean room that faced the Garden. I had peace comfort and a good night sleep. I was worried from another review that commented on mold in the shower but he must have changed his cleaning crew and upgraded because my shower was clean and my sheets and bed was comfy. I will be frequenting here as the location is perfect and it's in a pretty area coast side. I'll be back.
