We were shocked when we found a hotel for an affordable price right next to the beach. But then everything started to make sense once we checked in. The room was not very clean up on arrival. There was still a set of fake eyelashes by the sink. Kinda overlooked it and went to take a dip in the spa. It was barely room temp. Then back in the room when we went to use the mini fridge it was warm and full of roaches.

Checked in a little after 3 and the room was ready. Rooms are not great by any means. Rooms are really outdated and seemed as if they were using strong cleaners to mask other smells. Tried to shower at night, but couldn’t get enough hot water for a shower. We only received on bath towel, no hand towel, wash cloth, or floor mat for the shower. Tried to shower again in the morning and the water was finally hot. Noticed mold around the fixtures in the shower this morning. The bathroom sink area doesn’t have any lighting. Must use bathroom light in next room to get ready. Definitely not what we were expecting and will not go back.

Room was dirty, hadn’t been swept or mopped. Shower had rust and mold and very low flow. Main light switch didn’t work. No washcloths. Hand towels were covered in stray hairs. Arrived at 4PM and waited 7 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk for check-in. Room was too small for a king bed and furniture; two people could not fit to walk past the end of the bed at the same time! Mattress was very sunken in at two points (on each side).
