Nice location, close to state beach

Dirty floors, funky smell, beddings smell funky, no hot water, staff not vey accommodating.only one towel

The location. The girl that helped me check out and explained why the didn’t have hot water. Getting a 15% discount back hopefully. Did love the tv channels mtv and stuff

The dirty bathtub and dirty towels given to us. Stained bed sheets. Broken hot water, wasn’t able to shower. Cheap mattress. Dirty a/c /heater vents.

Noisy… especially at night. Rooms were not clean, the police were there at 11:30 at night with a k-9 in a room upstairs. Don’t know exactly what happened but it was hard to sleep after that! I ended up having to change rooms after the first day, no microwave and the tv was broken. Too much going on at all hours of the night. The second room I was in the faucet in the shower was broken ugh

The property location was nice.

The room ok, but there were stains in the shower and there were noisy people in the room above us.

Location is convenient for the surrounding area and the artificial grass made it "look" more put together than it actually is. Watching the hummingbirds fly around their flower bushes was a treat.

The room had no walking room, the bed took up all the space. There was unfinished patchwork over a hole in the bathroom door. The water sputtered coming out of the faucets. When it rained, I had to walk over a river that formed in the breezeway to the parking lot. When it didn't rain, there were swarms of bugs in the breezeway around the garbage pails to dodge. Staff were hasty and unfriendly, from front desk agents to housekeepers and breakfast attendants. And breakfast offerings were minimal and prepared carelessly, with the potatoes undercooked and a green color, the bacon looking like shavings of soggy paper. And It looked like we were eating in a storage room. I was embarrassed staying there! And beachfront?? Hardly. The adjacent property is the actual beachfront hotel.

The hotel is trash, sketchy people driving around the parking lot at all hours, room was dirty, flys everywhere, wires hanging from the ceiling. Paid a premium for a nice advertised hotel and got the worst room I have stayed in in awhile

There was a tweaker right below us first night. At 1 am our truck alarm went off. It only goes off if someone tries opening the door. He was out there at that time 1 am doing weird stuff in his car. He did that when we arrived at 4pm till next afternoon. That was Friday night. Then Saturday night upstairs there was like two yelling and cursing and like drunkenness or drugs but it was bad. Did not sleep well the whole time. The staff was great but I’ll pay extra and stay in a better place. It was scary. I was scared for my safety. My room was dirty and it was run down. The shower curtain hung in the middle cuz shower curtain rod busted. It was so dirty and so run down. I’ll never stay again.

Bathroom had black mold around the shower head and faucet control unknow stain on the bathroom walls bathroom was half cleaned the cover sheet was stained and dirty but sheets and pillows where clean the TV was unplugged when we got there and did not work at all called the front desk that guy could not figure it out called another guy who said the TV would not be working for our stay very disappointed in that not working I was not even offered anything for the inconvenience honestly didn’t see the point of complaining or asking to Knock down the price of my stay based on how the worker handled the whole tv situation overall the hotel room was not clean and up to standard I feel like I overpaid for something that didn’t even meet my expectations

It was very close to the beach.

Bathroom light flickered our whole stay. They didn’t have maintenance guy first day end of sencond day they came couldn’t figure it out after 2 people came in. I said can you take out lightbulb so no light but they couldn’t even do that. Wanted to move me rooms again had already moved from first room a/c didn’t work Fridge didn’t work in the is room A/c turned on but only fan worked Water was very hard to turn on in shower and only trickled out. Floor was very dirty My socks where black after walking on floor Flys everyone outside of doors, it was weird they were only in certain spots. Daily I asked for clean towels and they didn’t have them had to wait till later afternoon and than twice didn’t have washcloths. Breakfast buffet was nice.. Mattress was comfortable and TV was good The chair was not easy to move around. On site laundry didn’t work and instead of saying anything I had to ask Also pool and spa where drained of water

The location was okay but not beach front as stated.

First room the door would not shut and a lot of shady characters around. Asked to be moved to another room. That room was worse with trash outside but the door shut. Fan in bathroom was falling down and making a loud noise non stop. Then there were bodily fluids on the wall next to the bed. We found another hotel and immediately checked out. Man at desk said he gave us a refund but still waiting to see it in our bank.

Location was great as far as access to a public beach, perfect for unwinding after long day of business meetings.

It was literally falling apart. Specifically the bathroom area. Cable was not working. Was told by host that “Comcast said they were having issues and it would be on soon.” I was here for 4 days and it never worked. I actually called Comcast and they said there was no outage.

Deadbolt was not working, showering did not drain, condom wrapper & a pillow outside my door in the walkway. Lighting in the room was inadequate.

It was not very clean; it looked nice on the surface but it had new paint, new tiling etc. over dirt. Outside my room was a large open garbage can sitting with someone’s discarded white comforter which remained through the checkin and morning. At the side of the entrance there were discarded jacket and some type of blanket - overall sense was that the place had a very low type of clientele amidst families that were also staying there. Some of the rooms were quite dirty and things didn’t work such as a friend’s room had no working AC despite the heat. The bedding looked clean. Our room had really gross towels that reeked of bleach but smelled as if there was no detergent used and were mismatched and very old and we were forced to use them because we didn’t notice until we used them.

The location is fabulous.

The room was so old. Needs major updating. The towels were so small. I’m 5ft tall, those towels were 4ft long and paper thin. No shower mat, had to use a hand towel. There was NO blow dryer in the room. Had to ask 3 times for one to be brought up. There is no overhead room light, just a lamp on the far side of the room. The plug at the desk did not work and the refrigerator was not working either. The only positive is that the bed was comfy

The curtains lol i felt like people can see inside the room. Till the next day. I learned how to put the second curtain down to really block everything. Other than that nothing.

The location was the best thing and the reason I chose this hotel from previous stays.

The room had a water stain on the ceiling, one outlet worked for charging, the bathroom and the room had so many holes in the wall, the shower/bathroom was dirty the walls, the tub, the floors, the shampoo bottle conditioner bottles were half full. The tissue paper and toilet paper were not replaced, no hangers in the closet and last, but not least an unexpected guest (cockroach) the person in the room next to me decided to shower at the same time and my hot water turned ice cold in a split second.

I liked that it was walking distance to the beach. Their breakfast was good.

The room was in poor condition. There wasn’t any towels. It was a bit noisy and you could smell the cigarettes that people were smoking outside the door.
