(Would have been 5 stars if not for management) We stayed at this hotel for an extended period while relocating abruptly from Arizona due to a job transfer and personal hardships. The hotel itself was great — clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly front desk staff, 24/7 washer and dryer access, plus a jacuzzi and gym. It truly felt like a safe place for my family during a very stressful transition, and for that I’m thankful. Unfortunately, the general manager completely changed the experience. Rather than speaking directly to me — the registered guest and paying customer — she chose to approach and question my underage daughter about a room issue that wasn’t even our fault. What makes this worse is that she knew I was on my way downstairs at that exact moment to resolve it myself. My daughter was already emotionally overwhelmed due to our situation, and being confronted by management made her extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t even learn about it until afterward, when my daughter told me what happened. When I calmly returned to ask the general manager why she thought it was appropriate to question a minor instead of addressing the adult on the reservation, she couldn’t give a clear or reasonable answer. We were respectful, quiet, paid guests who followed policies, treated staff kindly, and kept to ourselves. There was absolutely no justification for involving a child or handling the situation in such an unprofessional and intrusive way. A general mana

The breakfast and some of the staff was great. The property itself smells like vomit and a hospital. The rooms are decently comfortable but the noises around are pretty loud. You can hear the doors nearby slam, toilets flushing, and the neighors tv and talking through the walls.

My partner and I loved the room it was very clean, good pillows, and a lot of storage space. It also came with a microwave and mini fridge which was much appreciated. IHG hotels have become a reliable hotel for us. Especially because of the complimentary breakfast. It makes our stay so much more enjoyable and elevates a lot of stress in the morning allowing us to enjoy our vacation more.

The room was not good. It was on the first floor but felt like a basement. The windows faced a large mechanical fan, and the room had a bad smell. Everything about our stay here was perfect. I read the other reviews about breakfast and don’t know how anyone could say anything negative - they had cheese & egg omelettes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, apples, oranges, bananas, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, bread for toast, juice and coffee. Honestly, what else can you ask for?

Parking, check-in, and check-out was easy. Breakfast ends at 9:30 so we missed it. The lady was kind enough to offer us muffins even though they already closed up the kitchen. Only problem we had that turned us off completely was the smell of our room, the completely dirty sink, and some type of tick that was on our bed. We also found another dead insect on the other bed. We tried calling front desk, but phones were not working so we took our stuff and went straight to front desk. She was able to get us into another room that was cleaner, no foul odor, and no insects.

It was a great place to stay for a family getaway. Everything was very clean and plenty of space. The breakfast wasnt as good as other Holiday Inn Express. It didn't have as much offered and the fruit was all bad, which was disappointing for the kids when trying to feed them healthy on the go.
