Great location, easy to find . Very helpful staff. We arrived late and check in was no bother. After a day in the cold we were very happy with the room temperature. Great shower and amenities.

Bed not desperately comfortable and duvet could have been bigger, spare pillows would be a bonus.

Lovely clean accommodation right in the centre of Lanesborough

Very clean - lovely room

Quite loud karaoke music playing in the pub below the room into the small hours. Usually not surprising when staying over a pub, but, it was a weekday and well after closing hours (I was there for work early the next day close by, so it was difficult to sleep for a while). For the cost of the room and the time of the week, it was disappointing. But that is the only thing - everything else was great!
