Great location in the village of Lanesboro with everything within walking distance.
The food in the bar was very good.
There was no noise from the bar audible in the room.
Easy parking behind the bar.
The room was basically a converted attic with poor lighting.
There was no fridge.
I was staying at the weekend and there was no breakfast prior to 1000 (which was when the bar opened). I wasn't aware of this as I thought (wrongly) that I had booked B&B.
And the electrics in the room weren't working when I arrived (but were fixed once I pointed it out).

It was very clean and comfortable
It isn’t sign posted, we had to ask locals where it was. It’s nit sound proofed and as it is over a bar we could hear loud music until 2am

Excellent large comfortable double bed
There was no TV, flat screen or otherwise, in the room (listed as a facility in property description)
This hotel still uses the clingy plastic shower curtain in the bathroom.
A room at the from of the guesthouse is VERY loud very early in the morning (earplugs are provided)
