It was central in the town, the room was spacious and comfortable, there was traditional Irish music in the bar and the staff were lovely

The place is super sound proof. So the proximity of the diner and the road didn't bother at all.

Nice local pub and the accommodation on the upper floor was superb. Comfortable bed, clean linen and bathroom was modern and spacious. Staff were very friendly and the bar was well stocked.
Parking on street with good charging facility in the village.
Unfortunately the (Monday) night i stayed did not have any food served, which was the same in the village, so there was a small trip towards Longford to get something to eat. The staff did allow a takeaway to be brought in, but I ventured out.
The room didn’t have a tv and the heating was off, which made the room cold and I had to wait on hot running water.
No breakfast at facility but I knew that on booking.
Wouldn’t prevent me from booking again in future.
