Loft Apartment in Heart of Old Town

The customer service was very quick to respond, which I appreciated after the issues I had with the rooms (see my neg review). Even though it was already 9pm, they still replied and arranged room changes without delay. The location is excellent, right in the old town, and bus route 22 to the airport is only a short five minute walk away. The apartment is quite new and very spacious, which is a pleasant feature for this area.

My stay was very disappointing. The first room I was given, room 21, had a broken light in the shower and the water would not drain, which left me standing in a pool of water. There was no curtain to stop the water from splashing, so the shower area was soaked. I was moved to room 18, but this room had a strong formaldehyde smell, as if it had just been renovated, and it made me feel unwell. I was then moved to room 29. At first it seemed fine, but I later found that the strong smoke smell was coming from the bathroom, and I could not tell where it was coming from. On top of that, there was no shower curtain again, which left the whole bathroom wet after each shower. The apartment itself looks lovely, but the issues across all three rooms made the stay unpleasant. I hope these problems are addressed and they definitely need to put up a shower curtain in the bathroom.
