The room was nice and clean, in a very convenient place very close to buses and tram. It had a lot of amenities as described in the website.
The lack of an elevator, although mentioned on the website, is a problem especially for those staying on the sixth floor (like we did) and it should be seriously considered from elderly people. Second, there are no insect screens on the windows so we had flying "visitors" in the room during the warm summer days that we stayed.
