Chic and Compact Loft in Old Riga

We had a fabulous stay. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere! Close to the railway/bus stations. Short walk to get the bus to/ from airport, near a Maxima supermarket, short walk to the Riga markets and the old town. Small compact apartment with renovated bathroom and kitchenette. Pleasant decor, renovated bathroom (for tall people!), lovely and warm in late September with no heating required (but it is available). Double-glazed windows keep out the cold and some of the noise from the trams which run along the side of the building.

The bed is just a double. If it was a queen size it would be amazing. The loft mattress is very comfortable, but the climb up and down is a bit of a challenge and wouldn’t be ideal for young children. If I could suggest an additional item, a microwave would be fabulous.

Stedet lå mega centralt og i gåafstand til alt! Det var rent og meget moderne. Insitutioner til ind og indtjekning var nemt og overskueligt. Var afsted med min lillesøster på 17, som sov oppe på hemsen og jeg i sengen. Det fungerede så godt!

Der var lidt støj fra ovenboen til tider og så var hovedpuderne meget flade og ikke så gode. Ellers var alt helt perfekt!

Very cute apartment with a great location (especially if you’re traveling by bus, since the station is nearby). It has everything you need, a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals, a really nice bathroom, and overall everything was on point. I would definitely book this apartment again in the future
