location is in a great spot where you can walk down to my favorite restaurants in the country and to the bay to swim. Also you can easily walk into the old town so the location for Kotor is perfect. The place is clean, on the inside, spacious, and has all the amenities that you need and from what I've here in the country, rare such as a washer, dish washer, freezer, and a smart TV. A dumpster is also a short walk down the road.
Ants in the house coming from small holes in the wall. Lack of directions. There is basically no information regarding very basic stuff on getting to the house like how to get the keys or where to park. So I had to message the owner which isn't an issue but she could be very unresponsive for hours which led to me getting a frustrating and extremely questionable parking ticket... Some messages would go unanswered.

Place is clean, organized and everything looks newly renovated with reserved parking space for us. Nicely decorated for a welcoming feeling for guests. Owner communicates to us in advance. All appliances are fully functioning with hot water and AC.
AC is only found in living area so the bedrooms can get a little warm at times. Some confusion on payments as owners asking for cash payments after our stay, even though stated when we booked that owner will collect payments other than cash. Owner does not accept credit cards or Apple Pay, we ended up paying cash in dollars as we are out of Euros.
