One of the best value for money options in Vienna. The entire property is modern, clean and the apartment looks nice, exactly like in the pictures. It takes 5 minutes to reach the metro so the location is very good as well.
The bathroom is shared so of course how clean the bathroom is on a certain day will depend on how clean are the other guests.

Die Preis-Leistung. Es hat viele saubere Duschen/Toiletten auf gen Gang und eine funktionale Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Hitze (Sommer 2026) war dank des Ventilators auf dem Zimmer gut erträglich. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität.
Es hat keinen Aufenthaltsraum.

Proche du métro. Douche, mais pas de salle de bain privée. Cuisine et réfrigérateur.
Chambre minuscule. Chaleur alors que ce n'était pas la canicule dehors ! Je n'ose pas imagine en cas de forte chaleur, cela doit être l'horreur dans la chambre. Chambre donnant sur la rue, bruyante, alors que j’avais demandé une chambre calme !
