Easy to check in, pedestal fan provided, shared kitchen facilities were good to have.

TINY room, could barely fit much more than the bed. There were 3 showers in the shared bathroom, however one was locked the whole time (out of order?), and one had a broken shower head so that you had to hold it up the whole time.

Quite clean and decent cost compared with most Austrian options yet it’s because of the typical drawbacks of a hostel setup.

Assistance and contact is not sufficient, as a fully online experience. Someone should always be there to assist at least as a call center. Some instructions are not clear (you must fill in all the guests, otherwise your check-in instructions will not be sent).

Grocery and bus station nearby.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was much smaller than we had anticipated and was too cramped to comfortably accommodate us and our luggage. Upon arrival, we also noticed a few strands of hair on the bed. The pillows were quite firm for our preference, and the room had a noticeable musty smell. The electric fan was very noisy and appeared to be malfunctioning, which made it difficult to rest. In addition, the room was quite dusty, and the street noise further affected our comfort. Due to these combined issues, we felt it was best to check out early and find alternative accommodation. We are still awaiting the refund we requested after reporting these concerns and hope the matter can be resolved soon. We appreciate that every property may face occasional issues, and we hope the management will address these concerns to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.
