Room 55 was very convenient, comfortable and well appointed. I liked the access to the washing machine and iron and the little kitchen was excellent. I didn't "talk" to the staff but the communications from the hotel were timely and accurate. The check-in process was simple and worked well. Even though we were at ground level on a local street the stay was quiet and peaceful. It is close to the Metro and there are some nice local restaurants close by.

The place is located in a very nice area, bit a far from the city center, but has some authentic peaceful Vienna everyday life. The room was very clean and light. Liked the whole no reception experience and that there was a little kitchen with coffee and tea, microwave, dishes. In the room I had a little tipps brochure with great recommendations where to eat in the area, highly recommend to follow them.
First floor windows facing the street and road - bit noisy, if you are jumpy like me
