This is a great location for visiting Vienna. Spacious enough for one or two people, clean, very close to shops, metro and bus stops and a twenty-minute walk from the city centre. Check-in was smooth and the overall experience has been positive.
The light in the toilet didn't work and the shower area is only separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. Not a problem for me at all but worth mentioning if you are staying with friends.

I liked the location and the price, Very easy to get around Vienna on public transport. The room was basic but I slept well. The wifi was good during my stay. Used the kitchen most days which was clean and tidy. All rooms are accessed via a pin code which was sent on my check in day via email. There is also a place to store you luggage if you need to.
There was a giant cobweb in one corner of the room which was very disconcerting. Also lots of strange hair in the bathroom, so cleaning could be improved. I dragged some toilet paper over the floor to give it a wipe. The towels were like sandpaper.

The location is easily accessible by metro, and the room looks exactly as displayed in the photo. The host was always available to contact. The location was easy to find, and the check-in was smooth.
While booking, the property showed that breakfast is provided, but soon I was informed that no breakfast is provided even though it was displayed during the booking, and I sent this detail to the host.
The wifi was terrible and highly unstable. Even though I informed the owner about this multiple times, it didn't help at all, and I had to use my mobile internet most of the time.
