    This is the hotel to book if you need to be near the main station which is a few steps away. Extremely convenient to reach the tourist spots and there is no lack of restaurants and food.

    We got this hotel at a very reasonable price when we booked, and the location was definitely the highlight. It’s right outside the Wien OBB station and the U1 subway line, which made it incredibly convenient for getting around Vienna as well as taking day trips by train. The hotel is also just a 10 minute walk from Belvedere Palace. For other major attractions, you’ll need to take the subway or a bus, but the excellent public transport connectivity makes this very easy. The hotel itself was neat and well maintained, and the staff were professional and courteous. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its location and convenience.

    I got checked into a low barrier room with one king bed when we specifically booked for a standard room with two twin beds. The hotel receptionist’s statement was this: you booked the low barrier room with one bed, we gave u the correct room. But I double checked twice - my voucher clearly stated that we booked a twin bed standard room. And this receptionist was so ready to prove ME wrong instead of identifying the issue and finding the best solution to resolve the misunderstanding. It was his colleague that told us there have been several incidents where other guests booked the wrong room due to agoda’s labelling error on its website. Now another issue here is: if the same issue occurred several times before, why not fixed already and let that problem occur again and again?? So I inquired agoda about this incident. Now agoda’s customer service is refusing to take accountability. They simply said “we contacted the hotel, the hotel says the issue has been resolved” so no single apology or compensation offered. The hotel should improve on their attitude on addressing such an issue, and whoever’s fault it was, agoda and hotel should figure out the problem, not the customer who suffered inconvenience
