we would use the word exceptional to describe the following:; location facilities comfort bed customer care. the apartment is self catering and all the equipment needed for small or large meals provided. (food not included) The welcome pack had a lot of useful information including how to raise or lower heating . the thermostat in hallway so simple to use. we were warm throughout our stay . Books and bedside lamps provided. My personal wish list would be for the flexible spotlight bedside lamp for reading in bed the excellent books provided . For entertainment would recommend the fishermans bar in alley behind pier inn . cheap good quality beer bingo pool table friendly locals (not rough) its not easy to find but smart pub worth the search. Anybody welcome no membership required, ( alley -up few stairs - turn right..

NOTHING . There is nothing to improve on . cant complain about stairs to high floors ...it has a lift.

Great central place to stay

Location is great for central Whitby. Easy to find property & great communication on how to enter. The flat has a lift to the second floor , small seating area outside the location. All the facilities are good , It actually looks better in person than it does on the photos.

Short Break In Whitby

The location, it was perfect for ammeneties with a great view over harbour. It had a lift which was good with luggage to carry. Would certainly stay again when in Whitby.

Excellent stay in this top class apartment in the centre of wonderful Whitby

Perfect location, the parking scratch card, warm heating, well equipped

Outside sewer smells by the Harbour, TV channels limited, shower seal leaking, bathroom extractor fan ineffective, door hinge squeaking, front windows required further cleaning. But all issues did not detract from an excellent stay.

Lovely apartment in Whitby

Lovely apartment overlooking the marina, very clean and comfy. Great location, close to the station and the shops. Nice little outdoor space to sit and enjoy a drink.

The location was fabulous and the apartment was comfortable, modern and clean.

Free parking by permit was quite confusing but this is more a council issue than that of the property.

Fabulous location. Very central which was great with kids with little legs! Very clean apartment. Clear instructions on how to get to it. Well equipped with anything you might need. Would highly recommend.

Parking was street parking and was very busy at the weekend so had to drive around a couple of times. but this can’t be helped so not really a negative.

Wonderful whitby.

A very spacious,comfortable,extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment.we have stayed in numerous places in whitby over the years,we would rate this property as the best,it is ideally located,exactly as described with exceptional views over the harbour,we would and will be using this apartment again without question,we would highly recommend this property to anyone,it was like home from home,an added bonus being the lift to the upper floors,no need to struggle with luggage,many thanks 😊

Lovely central location to enjoy all that Whitby has to offer.

Very central location for the harbour area,shops,restaurants and bars. Good for walking to the abbey and Sandsend. Comfortable and clean. The apartment was well stocked for either a light meal or full meal.

Nothing. A hand rail for the shower as its over the bath and can be slippy would be useful. Loading and unloading was a bit of a challenge as couldn't park close to the property and all yellow lined at the front. So travel as light as possible.
