Very clean and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable. Handy for bus and train and for town centre and amenities.
Seagulls were a bit noisy!!!! The stairs were quite difficult as i have mobility issues.

Located in an alley behind the front, inevitably a bit scruffy outside. Well equipped and comfortable. All well over 70 we managed the stairs with care.
It was all OK - what I expected in such a location. Parking nearby but expensive.

The bed on first floor was a disgrace not sure how it was even up Not enough cutlery bowls dishes and cups
