This house should be banned from booking.com listing.
Location is decent. It's 10-15 minutes walk to the train station . However this property is NOT suitable to live in due to the poor condition of the property. It made my daughter and I sick.
This House smells musty the minute you walk in. My daughter and I are allergic to mold and mildew. I should have not booked it based on the other reviews I read but silly me I did, and i paid the price. Both of us had really bad allergies as a result of the mold and ended up spending the rest of our holiday sick. When I brought this up with the host, she showed no sign of remorse, only to tell me it will help her with some insurance she is claiming for water damage. So yes this place has water damage, avoid at all cost!! Other items to be aware of- - The host charged me an extra 20 euro because I checked in at 10.30 pm . - parking in her own property costs another 20 a night - bathroom shower curtain is filthy - coffee machine doesn't work ( from the comments, it looks like someone else complained about it as well but nothing was done about it) - no soap or shower jel.in the bathroom - paint is peeling off in the bedroom- a good sigh there has been some major water damage - The property doesn't allow you to cancel once you book it. Buyer be aware. Edit: I did want to add one more note here. It's been over a week and we are still feeling sick. Our throat irritation hasn't gone away and i have developed a severe cough. I will be visiting a hospital as soon as I get back home. I really hope we were not exposed to black mold or worse.

La limpieza y el estado del apartamento muy deteriorado. Parte del grupo se fue a dormir a un hotel. Booking no debería permitir que se anunciarán en su plataforma alojamientos tan pésimos. Nos hemos sentido estafados.

Propreté a revoir Pas de clim Place de parking payante 300 euros de caution demandée alors que le logement est tout a refaire ( peinture qui s'écaille.. murs abîmés) Manque des choses dans l'appartement comme du savon pour les mains, une bouilloire. La télé du salon ne fonctionne pas.
