Elysée Suites - Lovely 2 Bed Flat in Southport

The apartment was clean and modern. Having a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and oven was amazing as we were there for 3 nights and didn't want to eat out every night or have to pack loads of clothes. The apartment was very spacious which was so nice as there were 3 adults and 2 children staying so we weren't cramped like we would have been in a hotel room or 2. A highchair and travel cot were provided for us (as we have a 3 month old baby) which was really nice so we didnt have to bring excess items on the train journey. We were greeted by a lovely lady who explained everything to us and the hosts communication over chat was really helpful for any questions we had. The beds were really comfy which was amazing after a long day out. You only have to walk down the street and take a left and youre right on the front but also only a 15 minute walk (if that) from the train station. Will definitely be booking again the next time we go to southport.

No fault of the host but just the way the building is, there was no lift so we had to carry the pram up the stairs but as there were a few of us this was very possible and has not put me off going again.

Friendly host and modern apartment.

Sofa bed uncomfortable, no tea towel and broken door handle on bathroom.
