Clean and comfortable.. exactly as advertised
Initially, the host takes a long time to reply.. but it could be due to sudden booking. However, once they noted about the booking.. their response is very fast and extremely helpful.

There was a little bit of queueing during registration at 3 pm as everyone arrived about the same time
