1. 有洗衣机，而且晾衣服的地方在空调外机那里，基本上洗好的衣服一晚上就能干 2. 地理位置不错 2.1 附近有白天营业的好吃的面，水煮油炸，和晚上营业的早茶 2.2离鸡场街夜市，荷兰红馆都不远 3. 房子足够大，有4个卧室，3个卫生间（虽然有一个卫生间热水器有问题，有一个卫生间冲水不好用）
1. 卫生上整体感觉不太好，我是穿着衣服裤子睡觉的，因为感觉床单被罩并不干净，而且枕套上和侧面有不少头发 2. 设备问题，主要是3个卫生间之一的浴室热水器无法使用，只有常温水，以及有一个卫生间冲水不好用 3. 无法关房子的门，只能关大铁门😂，感觉很奇怪

Convenience- within walking distance to Jonker and there’s food just right outside.
Very basic not much. Floor is clean but not the surfaces. Water is not clean as my gal skin developed patches of red after showering.
