Everything is great, I'm satisfied.
I hope they can improve the facilities, for example:
>The shower gel and shampoo don't have labels, so it's unclear which bottle is shower gel and which is shampoo.
>The towels and pillows have a slight odor.
>The small pillows on the sofa also have an odor.
But overall, I'm very satisfied with the environment and the facilities in the room.

Room is comfortable
Lifts Management is poor. We stayed on floor 13a. At 10am Sunday, we waited 45minutes for the lift to arrive. Non of the lifts stop at our floor, ( we realised later that the cleaners locked the lifts to do their work because when fit opened at our floor was filled with giant rubbish bins). Suggest that owners work with management for guests to use some of the lifts
