Had a wonderful and comfortable stay! Cik Emma at reception was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and even showed us to our room. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room and toilet were clean, the bedsheets were fresh, and the surroundings were quiet. I also liked the cosy living room on each floor and the availability of hot and cold filtered water. There was a minor issue with water leaking through the shower door, so a floor mat outside the shower would be helpful. I was unable to turn on the air-conditioning after 10pm and called the provided number. To my surprise, the security guard arrived within a minute and helped us. Excellent and prompt service! Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The place is very strategically located near Jonker walk and Mahkota Parade. The rooms are small but packed well with essential amenities, like a good strong shower, water filter station, tea & coffee, comfy beds, cooling aircond. All’s very well for an affordable stay in Malacca.
