Honestly, such a great stay! The hotel is clean, comfortable and very affordable especially if you’re looking for a place to stay without spending too much. The location is a big plus too! It’s close to the city area, and most places are within walking distance, so you can easily explore the area without having to drive around. Parking is a little limited since it’s located around Joker Street, but honestly, it wasn’t a big issue for me because everything is so convenient and walkable. Definitely a good choice for budget travellers who want a convenient location without breaking the bank.

The location was great, right next to Jonker street where all the life is happening. The room was clean, and the check in process was flawless.

No prenotice of self check in or pre arrangement after full payment done. Upon arrival need to scan QRquote, yet no respond on many attempts, very hot outside the entrance , waiting in the oven. Yet, after responded, ask to pay 3RM local tax first and send over receipt before room can be arranged, no WiFi given still…. How to process payment…. ?All this issues can be solved by pre arrival notice , but wasn’t done…..suppose to notice customers right after payment done n before arrival , no email notice of all necessary payment (3RM) and door password, but wasted hours under the hot sun…. What worse, only one share bathroom and toilet for so many room/guess….Even worse, the bathroom come with broken lock… see picture, take bath without door lock yet this is a share bathroom, anyone may just open…how about lady guess?……what even worse, there come no washing basin thus we have to brush teeth on a very weak and slow tap…. See photo. Another shower head has no water supply but keep dripping water , see photo, causing the toilet always wet…. Here come the room, aircon is giving large “engine “sound on a regular basis, leading no complete sleep possible… disaster. To be fair, the bed is soft and comfortable, the whole place is clean, the location is good. But will all these be able to compensate all above problem? Yet, whole place see no working worker…. No help at all….Night mare experience this time
