The unit is beautifully designed and fitted with all the necessary amenities.
For such a huge property only 4 lifts is definitely too few. We were on the 37th floor and during checkout time we waited for close to 1 hour to catch a lift to come down to lobby level. One of our group even took the stairs all the way down after getting fed up of waiting. Since adding more lifts now is practically impossible I suggest consider offering checkout between 11 am - 1 pm. Then it would mean that not everybody would be rushing to come down at almost the same time. Food for thought.

The admin was being very helpful providing all necessary information and answering every question properly. The house was clean and admin granted my request for apartment with slides. Our kids really enjoyed the stay. The pool is also clean and has many slides and playground in the water. Gym was also spacious, just sauna is not for visitors but it’s okay. Admin also understands the heavy traffic for lift when it comes to check out time and allow us so time to return the keys to lobby without extra fees.
