Ivy was very responsive to messages. Check in process was simple. House was relatively neat and well equipped.
Linen spray was used on sheets and quilt cover which I thought was initially perfume from previous tenants. They were quick to rectify and change the sheets which they explained was them trying to freshen up on their part. The smell was just too overwhelming for me and gave me headache. Cleaners did forget to check the drawers where we found a used sanitary pad but Ivy was quick to apologize on their behalf.
