Host could have been more responsive to guests requests. Requested for early check -in before 3 pm but was informed need to pay RM80 for early check-in. When informed our Host that in most of our check-ins experiences in other airbnbs, the hosts would normally reply that they cannot guarantee early check-in but would try.- but there were no surcharges.-This was informed to our host and would be reflected in our review of the stay. When we arrived , we asked to be notified when room was ready before 3pm. Reply was check-in 3pm. When inquired it was already 3:06pm -reply from host was check-in was 3 pm before replying we can check in immediately. Reflects poorly on host that they did not even know it was already 3:06pm.. When we could not use the iron to iron clothes because the iron was round pin and plugs square pins- host informed us to show pictures -then informed us that there was an adaptor at the TV cabinet. When we videoed all the cabinets to host, was informed the cleaner would send the adaptor only on the next day. The cleaner did not send to us but put it in the mail box the next day, My wife and children were disappointed as we needed to iron clothes for evening dinner on that day and couldn't use their Chinese New Year clothes as they were creasy. The bathroom hot water was barely warm and not hot at all. We did not inform host as we already had unsatisfactory responses and just tolerated it. I requested later checkout @12;30pm instead of 11;30am but got the usual response from host - not possible. After complaining about our bad experiences only did host relent but only up to 12pm.
