Clean, spacious, and comfortable, with strong air conditioning and reliable WiFi. Cleanliness and parking were my top priorities, and this property exceeded my expectations on both.
Alviv Homestay was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and made check-in seamless.

We had a fantastic stay at this loft‑style apartment hosted by Alviv Homestay. The space was stylish, clean, and very comfortable — and the 36th‑floor cityscape views were absolutely stunning. Waking up to that skyline was a real highlight of our trip.
Alviv Homestay was an excellent host: responsive, helpful, and made check‑in incredibly smooth. The location also made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
Beautiful apartment, amazing views, and a great host — we’d definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, good aircon, decent wifi (although not excellent), a good location if you don't mind walking, which we don't. Or it's very easy and cheap to get a Grab. Plenty of shops nearby, not many restaurants, but Little India is close and some great places to eat along the river without walking too far.
The photos don't show that there is some wear and tear; it's not as new as it appears.
The laundry room and bathroom door don't shut properly, there is noise from those rattling in the wind, also noise from the kids'pool and some smoke coming in from the balconies.
The lift is insanely hot! No aircon at all, it's a sweat box.
The TV remote control has a piece missing, but you should be able to figure that out.
These are very small negatives, we had a great stay.
