Great location, about a 10–15 minute walk to Jonker Street. Very convenient for exploring the area.
The room is not actually part of the hotel property, although it looks like a hotel from the outside, so many of the usual hotel amenities are not available. The room is quite dated, the TV was not working, and the cleanliness could be improved. There is also a mall downstairs, but unfortunately, it feels quite quiet and many shops appear to be closed.

We didn't know that the parking at this residences have to pay and were not given any residence parking lot but have to park at commercial bay. We paid a total of RM27.00 for 2D1N stay. The lifts are packed as many residence were using it and we have to wait long to go down to the carpark. Room was ok, clean with basic amenities. No water bottles provided hence we have to buy mineral waters from nearby convenient shop. Shower was great but toilet flush water a bit slow. Air-cond works well. Bed is normal. Hair dryer provided. Ok for a short stay.
The parking bay for residence was not provided and need to pay. The lifts has to wait long. Not many TV channels to watch. No water bottles provided.
