The location was fantastic! Walking distance to most of the main attractions in and around Jonker. The space was also great for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. A lot of space for us to just hangout and chill. The style of the home is also comfortable, airy and fits the Melaka vibe. There were some issues with the lights and other plumbing issues in the home and the home stay team were very responsive. Although there was a slight miscommunication on one of the items to be fixed but the responsiveness was appreciated.

While the place was generally clean, the dishes were likely not often used hence there was a layer of dust when we tried to use. The bathtub on the second floor was also unused hence also quite dirty. There was an issue with the tub filling up but was quickly rectified by the homestay team. The bathtub room upstairs did not have hot water and one hand held shower was not really working. Thankfully the weather has been hot and a cold shower worked. The family with young children used the downstairs shower where there was hot water. Maintenance and cleanliness of the sheets and space would need to be better.

al piano terra è più probabile fare incontri con insetti e fauna locale ma tutto gestibile

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, comes with filtered water dispenser (hot & cold). Host is nice and responsive and parking lots are provided.

Still needs to walk quite a bit to Jonker and not easy for the elderly. Mosquitoes are always there.

Nice colonial interior just like the picture. Big space, suitable for big group.

Location is inconvenient. Most grab driver cannot find the location due to the range location. This house is located at a dead end street behind a school. Car will not be able to enter even they wanted to due to it is a one way road in front of the entrance to this dead end retraining car to turn in. The location looks close to jonker but it is not accessible. Walking distance to Jonker is actually 15 min and not a pleasant walk. The check in is 4 pm, which is later than usual hotel and check out is 11am which is earlier than usual hotel. They did grant me the 3pm check in and 11.30 am checkout the next day upon request. However it is based on availability. Overall I don’t think it worth the price that I paid for. There are better deals around.
