Perfect place for a calm 😌 vacation or retreat

Wonderful Lake Como getaway

The place is immaculate and has exceptional views. Erbert was awesome! Attentive and communicated very quickly. He really made the stay great!

You MUST have a car if you stay here. Although the kilometers are close to town property is located up a very steep mountain that is not walkable!

De hygiëne en de staat van de woning. De woning was niet schoon. De bed lakens waren karig omdat er scheuren in zaten. Veel stof in huis. Borden en pannen vies. Een gebruikte afwasborstel lag in de gootsteen. Afvalscheiding was ook onduidelijk.

Super lokalizacja. Apartament znajduje się na zboczu wzgórza z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro. Dojazd stromy, bardzo krętą drogą, ale dla mnie to zaleta ;) Jest garaż, ale można też parkować przed domem. Apartament nowy, czysty, dobrze zaprojektowany i wyposażony. Bardzo dobre oświetlenie, oprócz światła górnego lampki nocne zarówno w sypialni, jak i koło rozkładanej, bardzo wygodnej kanapy. Ładna łazienka z oknem i bardzo dużym prysznicem. Nowe garnki, patelnie, dobre noże i naczynia. Czajnik elektryczny i porządne szklanki na herbatę! Klimatyzacja i rolety w drzwiach balkonowych. Na zewnątrz mały trawnik/taras ze stolikiem i krzesłami, skąd można podziwiać widoki. Miejsce zdecydowanie dla dorosłych, nie dla dzieci - nie ma dla nich miejsca do zabawy.

Do poprawy drobiazgi, mało kosztowne, ale istotne z praktycznego punktu widzenia. W łazience brak szczotki do toalety, przydałby się też odświeżacz powietrza. Kuchnia: brak papierowego ręcznika i jakiejkolwiek ściereczki, gąbka do mycia naczyń niewymieniona po poprzednich gościach. Jest zmywarka, ale nie było pastylek do zmywania. Można byłoby pomyśleć o poduszkach na krzesła na zewnątrz i parasolu przeciwsłonecznym. W weekend niestety głośne i długie nocne imprezy, które odbywały się w położonej obok pięknej willi, należącej podobno do polskiego właściciela.

Neu renoviertes Apartment/ Haus, neu und modern eingerichtet: Möbel, Küche, Bad. Das Haus besteht nur aus diesem Apartment, sodass man das ganze Haus inklusive Garten und Garage für sich alleine hat. Traumhafter Blick auf den See. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber (Erbert), der über WhatsApp immer erreichbar war und auch gute Tipps zu Restaurants… geben konnte.
