Pleasant and good for a family stay

Host was very responsive & helpful with a heating issue we experienced during our stay. Great venue for families or small groups looking for a reasonably priced stay near the NEC or airport

Noise due to close proximity to the airport although appreciate this is out of the hosts control due to location. Property was not as clean as we would have liked- there was some dust and dirt lingering on walls, pictures, lights & some kitchen appliances but otherwise the property was generally clean.

To be completely honest, the property wasn't very appealing when we arrived — it was outdated and poorly maintained throughout.

The property was very poorly maintained. Everywhere we looked there was dust and dirt. The sink was broken and a damp smell came from the kitchen. In the dining room screws were protruding from the floor and the carpet was outdated. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly; the bathtub was dirty, tiles were broken, and the mastic was peeling. The shower door was hanging loose and could easily swing into the main door. The hot water was not constant it always cold tap was tight and didn't stay where it should have.

Great stay for young and old.

A lovely house with everything we needed for a great stay. Comfortable beds with fresh bedding and towels. Well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Easy access through the key box. Close to petrol station, shop, Mc Donald's. Bus and train services within 10m walk. City centre 15 minute drive. Great communication with host. Almost faultless.

An armchair or two would allow all guests to sit in the lounge.

Beds were comfortable and good train service locally for Birmingham

The garden was not usable or safe as a lot of rubbish and broken concrete plus loose bricks. There were also broken/loose parts in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower was difficult to regulate. Do not think it was safe to have back door locked in kitchen for fire safety Smell.of.damp.in house due to leaking washing machine
