Spacious for 5 people close to the NEC. Good shower. Driveway to park x2 cars if wished. Dont worry about other comments, plenty of toilet roll. Heating was too hot

The kitchen facilities/equipment was fine. However, no wine glasses and only one breakfast tumbler.
No cooking knives and few utensils.

Nothing… it was a short stay as had very late flight in
Easy to find and self check in
Host was great at letting me check in at 1am
Great sleep comfy beds and nice area

The beds where uncomfortable and the mattresses were poor, the sofa beds , well if that's what you want to call them , one broke when it was sat on the other was in a conservatory and was freezing
