Very comfortable, the flat has all the required facilities
A bit dark vibe due to being on ground floor
If windows are open it’s a bit noisy because it’s on the high street

The apartment was clean and modern , a little dark , centrally located in Shirley with secure parking for one car
Check in was poor , didn't get the code for the lobby door and actually got locked out
Some items listed in the manual missing ,
Wifi code not given on check in
Was given one towel and a hand towel which had holes in it for two weeks
Check the additional charges for additional towels
No housing keeping , clean towels or bed linen, you can request, at a charge , not good enough for a two week stay
Asked for an early check in and was told that I could check in two hours early for a 50 pound cost , that's off , the management company were not that good.
