The furnishings were lovely - the potted plant, the mirrors on the =wall, the art works and the lamp. The people that I interacted with - Cristina over messages and the woman who came to provide washing liquid - were extremely lovely and helpful, but there are things that need to be fixed that were outside their control.

As mentioned over the messages, the radiator didn't work, and there weren't any spare rugs so it was extremely cold overnight, the bath tub plug didn't seal so you couldn't have a bath, there wasn't a lot of hot water so the bath only filled to about three inches before the hot water ran out, the back door didn't lock, the frying pan was dirty and crusted with food, the small frying pan handle was cracked, the spatula was bubbled plastic and the knives were clearly quite old. Whilst the furnishings were clearly well chosen at the start of the property, the elements that needed to be maintained for a good stay weren't there. You also needed to submit a separate form outside Booking.com including a selfie and an image of your passport, and sign a very long contract waiver which doesn't usually happen and was concerning from a data safety perspective.
