Very basic. Ok for the price.

Unfortunately the staff were very rude. Via text message before they did not have nice customer service, very blunt. Upon entering the male was very rude and stated multiple times about the rules regarding parties, and extra visitors etc. we had previously informed him of the reason we were staying so be met with such hostility was uncalled for and as three women made us feel very uncomfortable. He even went to say ‘if u have any extra guests etc we will come and make you leave ok’ i replied okay? And he stated ‘okay thats on you then’ and very rudely handed me the key. House was very basic and looked unfinished. He only unlocked two out of the three bedrooms? Even though we had paid for the whole place, very strange. As we left at 11.00 am the dot, we saw he was there waiting for us and pulled up exactly as we pulled away. Again, very strange. The whole stay could’ve been very different had we had good customer service or at the bare minimum a smile and to be treated like paying customers.

Ok for 1 night stay

It was clean.

In a noisy residential area, garden needs a lot of work, maintenance is a issue, holes in walls, bathroom light doesn't work properly, paid for 3 bed house but owner locked 1 room so we only had a 2 bed house, bed was uncomfortable, no wine glasses, no coffee, only 2 towels for 3 people, 2 cups for 3 people, shower drips all night, under the flight path of the airport so noisy. Definitely not luxurious at described.

Better to avoid this property as you will be disappointed..!

I would take a wide pass on this property Never again ..! I would certainly not recommend to a friend if you want to keep them !!! there was no significant features that worked in its favour…. having requested multiple times for an invoice and being informed that we would receive…. one week a half and still no response. While we booked for three rooms, we were informed that two were only available. The third room remain locked …The management of the property is casual at the best…. kind of take it or leave it. The described garden furniture was not there during our stay but the broken down garden shed with the punchbag was hanging in the shed… There to take out your frustrations I guess!!

The property is a terrace house in the middle of housing estate… At lest the house was clean. However it looks like the trades people left in a hurry…before they were finished… skirting boards panelling uncompleted plastering needing to be finished poor standard of work in general ….With one single toilet we had to dealt with the fact that the toilet was in a permanent state of partial blockage taking multiple attempts to flush….. we ended up avoiding its use as much as possible…. thankfully the shower worked well …. although the sink would back up when in use.. The bedrooms were basic but adequate there was some serious structural damage to the doorframe of the front bedroom. This had the effect that you could not closed the door …..frame was out of line… we only required the property as a overnight as we were at the exhibition throughout the day and evening….. happy to be done with it after two nights…

Host was excellent. Good communication & helpful. The property itself needs a little update but for a one night stay it was ok. All amenities provided, except towels. (Kettle,microwave,fridge,freezer,tea,sugar,coffee,iron,hair dryer etc… parking on driveway (big enough for 2 cars), heating was good when we turned it on, hot water good pressure shower. Bathroom downstairs was clean!

Bathroom light didn’t work but host got someone out within 30mins. Bathroom downstairs.
